The hazing prevention course and certificate is required by LSU for all LSU students that wish to participate in club activities. It must be completed once a year, and the certificate should be handed in to every club that the student wishes to participate in. The course typically takes less than an hour to complete. Once it is completed, please digitally submit a copy of your certificate to this form. You must complete this course every year.

Hazing and bullying are strictly prohibited by the Classical Studies Club. If you are experiencing any kind of hazing, please do not hesitate to reach out to LSU's Title IX office or LSU Cares to report hazing from another student. Students that participate in hazing risk losing their membership in the Classical Studies Club.
